My new Mossberg 100 ATR should be here on Friday. I ordered it through my local gun store for $328.60 out the door chambered in .308 Winchester.’ve recently had some guns appraised at my house, but my friend and the man he works with noticed there were an awful lot of guns missing as they had found magazines to an AK-47 that want there, as well as manuals for a few others. Now, i was a kid when it happened, but my family had an incident with the police, and suffice to say afterward there were quite a few missing. I guess my question is, if they seized them for evidence is there any hope in getting them back? Additionally, i not entirely certain if all that were taken were for evidence, or if some of the officers took advantage of the situation. I live in Florida, don’t know if that is relevant or not. Additionally, this happened about 12 some odd years ago.
